- What counts as a late filing?
- A trade disclosed more than 45 days after it happened, which is past the STOCK Act deadline. Late filings are public record and are counted here per trade, so one member with many late trades can move the state-wide share on their own.
- Where does the data come from?
- From the periodic transaction reports members file with the House Clerk and the Secretary of the Senate. Coldpine, an AI-based platform, parses every filing as it is published and links each trade to the member and the original document.
